I analyse how previous Industrial Revolutions have been funded, and how the Third Industrial Revolution can be funded using cooperatives. Cooperatives can pool an even greater amount of funding from local community members to upgrade the local infrastructure. These cooperatives can also be connected globally and produce locally: meaning glocalisation. And all funds can be kept within the local region to make them more agile. Production and distribution will use a sharing economy, rather than money and markets.
